1. Conference - A one-on-one or group method conducted in a private chat room environment on the site. After finding a counselor, you can sign up for an online session with that counselor.

2. Journal - A one-on-one method completed through the site with a counselor of your choice. After finding a counselor, you submit a journal to your counselor, and he or she responds.

* As an added benefit, we also offer several free online tests which can be completed at your convenience. You will receive the results upon completion of each test.

Steps to follow on the site:
1. Review our methods of counseling.
2. Register on the site.
3. Find a counselor to work with and schedule a conference or submit a journal.
4. Follow and pick-up your journal response.
5. Enter a conference you have scheduled.

It is our desire to provide the highest level of anonymity possible. BCCN has taken every measure to assure the confidentiality of clients using the site.
