The Barnabus Network has taken every measure to assure the confidentiality of clients using the site. All of our methods of counseling occur in secure environments and are password protected. No one can access your private information unless you personally give them your pass codes. You can feel confident that your information is available only to those to whom you choose to make it known.

It is our desire to provide the highest level of anonymity possible. That fact notwithstanding, it is not possible to counsel on this site without disclosing certain pertinent information. Financial information is not accessible by the individual counselors, but must be accurate; the intake form is available to the counselor or counselors you choose to work with. If a measure of anonymity is important to you, we suggest choosing a counselor sufficiently detached from you to provide the degree of distance you desire. For those who would like to leave open the option of seeing a counselor "face to face," it is best to choose a counselor geographically nearby.

The Barnabus Network takes your well-being very seriously. For this reason, transcripts are reviewed by administration on an occasional and random basis to insure that the quality of counseling being provided is consistent with the standards set out by the network. The identities of individual clients are protected during this process.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, our registration process does take some time. Once you have been registered in the system, you will not need to repeat these steps; but you will need to register before accessing a counselor. After you have completed this process, you will be led to a place where you can choose your options for counseling.
