After you and have logged into this page, you will see a form that looks similar to this:

Here you are asked for an email address and your journal entry. Please use your correct email address, we will use it to inform you when the counselor has completed his/her response to you. The journal entry may include background information and questions for the counselor.

After completing the form, click the Submit Journal and Make Payment button (not shown). Next you will be asked to enter your credit card information, and pay for the journal.

After payment has been made, an email will be sent to the counselor telling him/her that a new journal entry has been submitted to the site. Your journal entry is not emailed to the counselor; rather, the counselor must login to the site and securely pick up your journal entry online.
