At this point you are able to view the progress of your journal entry on page.

Initially your journal entry on your journals page will be listed as not received and not read. It will look like this:

After the counselor has logged onto the site and read your journal entry, your journals page will look like this:

When the counselor has completed your response, you will receive an email telling you that the response is complete, This email will also show you the first 25 words of the response and the total number of words in the response. The email will direct you to your journals page to view the response.

Your journals page will now look like this:
