You may choose to submit a journal entry to a counselor, who will then read it and respond to you online. An initial journal entry should include background information and questions for the counselor, and can be as long as you feel is necessary. Your counselor will provide you with directions for future journals in the response you receive. Journals are paid for up-front. When the counselor's response is ready, we will contact you via email to inform you of the length of the document and where to view it online.
